Future Ready: Choices, Purpose, Health & Possibility

Young people deserve opportunities to discover what they could become, how they can prepare, and what they can contribute.
Future Ready brings professionals, educators and community contributors together at Yogoda Satsanga Intermediate Mahavidyalaya for a morning of interactive learning with Class XI students from Science, Arts and Commerce.
Students will rotate through three complementary workshops:
- Careers, Choices & the Armed Forces: Col. Rajesh Kumar Choudhary (Retd.) will explore career aspirations and preparation, including IIT-JEE and other entrance examinations for Science students.
- Careers with Purpose: Chandan Singh, Founder of Pratigya, will introduce opportunities in education, development and the social sector.
- Fuel Your Future: KidCare Community, led by Dr. Ila Binaykia with Kusum and Ushna, will facilitate a conversation about health, nutrition and everyday food choices.
Each student workshop lasts 40 minutes, with 10-minute breaks between rotations. Every student cohort will experience all three themes.
A parallel one-hour workshop, Teachers as Catalysts, is open to all teachers. Arvind Katiyar, Rajeev Gupta, Ravi Pratap Singh and Rajshree Manu will join the conversation on recognising student potential, widening aspirations and sustaining encouragement. Mr. Rajeev Mishra, Principal, YSIM, will give the vote of thanks and debrief the learnings and insights.
The engagement will continue through The Career Clinic, administered by Ravi Pratap Singh, Asst. Secretary, YSIM, as a point of coordination for ongoing student and teacher queries. Extending the programme to Class XII is a recommended next step.

The Career Clinic — Continuing the Impact
Administered by Ravi Pratap Singh, the Career Clinic will coordinate ongoing queries from students and teachers and facilitate follow-up with relevant contributors. A suitable extension of the engagement to Class XII students is recommended.
